Experience and Philosophy

Adelle spent many years taking her own teams through leadership development programs. Everyone was been beneficial in some way. Some more than others, but they often came out having experienced an “aha” moment, or a better understanding of themselves or others in the context of the business or group. As part of her running various leadership workshops, and her subsequent time at Oxford, Adelle began a new program with Bani Kgosana, her business partner in Futurenow Consulting:

The first and currently most pertinent is entitled Character in Leadership. Leadership character refers to combination of traits, values and virtues that are widely recognized as admired and appreciated in leaders, providing them with the capacity to exercise quality of judgement and decision making. They use a Leadership Character Assessment tool that measures 11 character dimensions and their corresponding components. These shape the foundation of the program.
