Adelle was the founder and managing director of Cross Colours Consultancy, a design and advertising agency. After 18 years, she sold the business to IPG.
With a degree in English and Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), Adelle went on to complete the Coaching to Excellence and Associate Coaching programs at the University of Cape Town (UCT) Graduate School of Business. She became an accredited Nancy Klein, Time To Think facilitator and completed a program in Leadership for Collective Action (Mapping and Model-Building) under the instruction of Beth Jandernoa and Glennifer Gillespie. She then completed the Newfield Institute’s Ontological Coaching to Action program with Alan Sieler.
Adelle began her coaching career 9 years ago. At the end of 2014 she resigned from her position as CEO to coach C-Suite executives full time. She completed her Masters in Coaching & Consulting for Change through HEC, Paris and Saïd, Oxford Universities.
Adelle began utilizing these skills within her business and, where relevant, continued to coach some of her people. She watched as people within her organization flourished and began to appreciate the magical alignment between personal development and organizational effectiveness.
